SPECIFICATION: A two
(2) fluid ounce bulb dose syringe and irrigator. The bulb is
a 2 ¼" diameter soft durable rubber for easy
operation. The overall length is 8 ½"; the aluminum
fabricated pipe is 6 3/8" long, 3/8" O.D.,
1/4" I.D. The pipe or bulb can be replaced if damaged
or worn.
OBJECTIVE: To be used
for administration of fluid, irrigating or excessive fluid
removal during medical procedures.
APPLICATION: Squeeze
the bulb to create a vacuum, insert the open end of the pipe
into the fluid solution and slowly release the bulb to allow
it to fill to the desired dosage. To administer liquid
solution squeeze the bulb and release as needed to stop the
flow.
For removal of excess
fluids repeat the described instructions as aforementioned.
Clean well after use with soap and
water, and let dry. The instrument may be autoclaved if
necessary. |
