POLICIES AND TERMS OF SALE

• Prepaid ground shipping rates on orders of $100 or more in continental U.S.

• Orders less than $100 will be assessed $10 plus shipping costs

• Current shipping rates will be assessed on customer expedited orders of one, two, or three-day select

• Deliveries requiring in excess of four concurrent working days will be shipped UPS 3-Day select unless customer advises otherwise

• Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date

• Orders will be invoiced at price in effect on date order is received

• Prices are subject to change without notice

RETURN POLICY

• Some products are NOT eligible for return or credit – please inquire
  - Brucella Abortus Vaccine (RB-51) is eligible for 75% return credit of the original purchase price
• Request for return/credit authorization of eligible products must be in writing within 90 days of expiration date printed on product
• Return/credit request must include:
  - Business name & branch identification if applicable
  - Product number & size
  - Serial number & expiration date
  - Quantity to be returned
  - Date of purchase and invoice number, if available
• Products must be returned through original purchaser
• Credit issued will be based on the original purchase price and must be applied ONLY to future purchases within one year

• All orders are shipped F.O.B. Denver, Colorado by carrier of our choice

RETURN POLICY

• Returns must be authorized by Western Instrument Company and are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge
• Authorized returns must be sent transportation prepaid
• Products must be returned through original purchaser
• All returns will be credited to account only; no cash refund
• Products found to be defective due to materials or workmanship may be returned for repair or replacement, if returned within one year of purchase date
• Discontinued products cannot be returned for credit
• Credit issued will be based on the original purchase price

THESE PRODUCTS ARE FOR USE AS A RAW MATERIAL OR COMPONENT.  NOT FOR IN-VITRO DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WITHOUT FURTHER MANUFACTURING OR PROCESSING

• All shipments are FOB, Denver and can be made on a regular or "standing order" basis
• Terms are Net 30 days from invoice date
• Products are shipped overnight delivery via FedEx (collect when requested) - charges vary depending upon product weight and destination ZIP code - $25.00 minimum
• Ice cans and styrofoam containers are supplied at no additional charge
• Routine sterility testing is done before shipment is made.  When requested, we are able to ship certain blood products the same day they are drawn, assuring a fresh product.  We cannot be held responsible for the sterility of any product that has been shipped the same day drawn.
