THESE PRODUCTS ARE FOR USE AS A RAW MATERIAL OR COMPONENT.  NOT FOR IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WITHOUT FURTHER MANUFACTURING OR PROCESSING.

• Orders may be placed by phone, fax or mail.  Shipments can be made on a regular or "standing order" basis.  All shipments are FOB, Denver.  Terms are Net 30 days from invoice date.  Products are shipped overnight delivery (DHL Standard - FedEx upon request) - charges vary depending upon product weight and destination ZIP code - $25.00 minimum. Ice cans and styro foam containers are supplied at no additional charge.
  
• Routine sterility testing is done before shipment is made.  When requested, we are able to ship certain blood products the same day they are drawn, assuring a fresh product.  We cannot be held responsible for the sterility of any product that has been shipped the same day drawn.
