1.Under ordinary circumstances this is ok. Products are shipped with adequate insulation and ice packs to withstand normal shipping for several days. If the product has arrived during the allotted shipping times it is stable and ready for use. However if any of the following situations apply then the product might be in jeopardy and you should call customer service (800-525-2065) for further assistance:

• The product has been in transit for more than 5 days
• The product sat unrefrigerated over a weekend
• The bottles are not cool or seem unusually warm upon arrival
